Serves 12 – 15 people
30 ml Crispa Gold Oil
2 Onions (chopped)
10 ml ROBERTSONS Garlic Flakes (hydrated)
10 ml Crushed chillies
100 g RAJAH Medium Curry Powder
1 kg Beef mince
2 Potatoes (cubed)
4 Carrots (diced)
2 tins Baked beans
30 ml ROBERTSONS Dried Parsley
4 Tomatoes (chopped)
15 ml Sugar
ROBERTSONS Salt and pepper (to taste)
1. Heat oil in a large pan. Brown the onion over moderate heat until light brown. Add the garlic
2. Add RAJAH Curry Powder
3. Add the vegetable and 375 ml of water to the mince and brown with the onion.
4. Add the vegetables and 375ml of water to the mince and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add baked beans, parsley and tomatoes. Simmer for another 10 minutes or until vegetable are soft.
6. Add sugar and adjust the seasoning
Serve with rice or samp.
